Emotional Freedom and Healing Release To Let Go of Paper Piles and Clutter
- Are you surrounded by piles of paper that you intend to “deal with” some day?
- How about endless magazines, newspapers, periodicals, and books that you have or haven’t read?
- Perhaps your clutter is electronic and your email box is full of opened and unopened mail that you plan to take care of, but just haven’t.
- Or are you surrounded by “stuff” that you no longer identify with but haven’t had the energy to sort out and pass along or discard?
- Are these long-standing family patterns, passed from one generation to another?
- Are you ready to release and be freed from them forever?
Paper piles and clutter represent stuck energy … in your space as well as your body. They hold you back and limit your prosperity and overall well-being. Rather than ease and flow, you may experience one obstacle after another. If this has been going on for years, you may not even know what smooth flowing energy feels like.
Your body stores both your conscious and subconscious emotional patterns in your cells. If you have endless piles of paper, or can’t stand sorting your mail and email, dealing with newspapers, magazines, etc., your body is storing these negative emotions and messages.
Using the Emotional Freedom and Healing© technique, this session is designed to eliminate your core negative energy around paper and clutter. You’ll release the issues around paper and clutter at the cellular level, bypassing the mind. To the extent that you release your issues, the effects are permanent. Release this energy and you get rid of the negative issues associated with dealing with paper and clutter.
Once you release the negative energy stored in your body, you will have an entirely new freedom and energy to help you move forward. Extremely energizing and highly effective!
Join Peg Donahue for this group Emotional Freedom & Healing (EF&H) session to help you release patterns associated with paper and clutter that are holding you back or limiting your true potential.
Emotional Freedom and Healing (EF&H) is a very gentle and effective process to release deeply held beliefs and emotions from your body. It combines tapping acupressure points, repeating affirmations and deep breathing to release fears and limiting beliefs. Once the limiting belief or emotion surfaces and you release it, it is gone forever. If the patterns have been passed from generation to generation, you may have multiple layers that need to be released.
Precorded live audio class. 1 hour 8 min. MP3 Format plus pdf handouts.
Reviews
“After doing the Paper Piles Release, I had an “aha” moment in the middle of the day to make a list of what I needed to clutter clear, room by room. When I got to my downstairs office (which is the worst & which I want to convert to a guest bedroom), I looked at it with “new eyes” for the first time. I didn’t have that visceral, gut-clenching reaction that I usually do when walking into that room! And I was able to break it down into segments (eg. I’ll just clear the bookshelf one day, just the CDs/DVDs another day, just the desk another, etc) and when I did this, I felt so much better. It didn’t feel overwhelming anymore – it felt completely achievable, almost as if my fear of starting had been blocking my real vision of seeing it for the way it was. I also feel so much “lighter” and that I am able to throw out all the accumulated papers/files (that I haven’t looked at in the past 3 years) much more easily. It doesn’t seem like the monster I’d envisioned! So thank you, thank you, thank you!!!” -R.A., November 2, 2012
