This week has certainly been better than last week. We’ve been having a great cycle of Sun trine Uranus, giving us the impetus to do something different! This energy can feel restless, but it can also bring unexpected fun and changes. This energy is associated with broadcasting, the internet, web sites, airlines, and air travel. So you might find yourself focused on one of these areas, or just making some new decisions and changes that break through old patterns. Leaders can also make unexpected, but usually positive changes. This cycle will be with us through July 21st, so have some fun out there!

Are you still encountering some frustration? Mars is still conjunct Saturn, which is an energy management cycle. It’s been in range for about two weeks and it stays in range through July 23rd. This cycle can feel frustrating because you frequently get stopped and sent back to the drawing board to get your plan in order before you take action. However this week was a little easier, as Mercury came along with a beneficial sextile to both Mars and Saturn and this gave us some good opportunities to gain clarity about what we want to accomplish and HOW we want to do it. Remember to check all the details carefully too! Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to move forward. We’ll get past this by next Thursday, so just hang in there.

Today, July 18th, we have a Full Moon. What’s coming to light then could be a fairly major health issue for the country. Perhaps this could be related to the salmonella situation, OR maybe it’s related to the financial health situation for the country. We’re certainly seeing tough financial news with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae needing a major rescue. Last week and in my newsletters I talked about the stock markets getting some unexpected financial news related to entrenched and hard to fix situations with this Full Moon. However, there is some good news with this Full Moon too, some unexpected help, perhaps from leaders being ready to reach out with different solutions.

The next cycle I want to mention is Mercury trine Uranus. Oh I love this cycle! This is a great time to brainstorm some new ideas or experiment by testing them out. You may also get unexpected and sudden flashes of insight during this period which can solve tough problems. Be sure you record these, as some of them will be valuable and may make you money. This is a great time to pay attention to your intuition, especially those sudden flashes of insight. They will be correct, even though you may not understand why or how it works. This cycle is also a great one to have for launching a web site, teaching, broadcasting or travel. This great cycle is in range between July 19th through the 25th and it peaks on July 22nd, which is next Tuesday.

And yet another great cycle! Mars trine Jupiter is coming to town. This is a favorite cycle that provides abundant energy to take fortunate actions and make some very good progress. One note of caution however. At the moment, Jupiter is retrograde and not in good condition. This indicates that the amount of growth from these fortunate actions could be less than you think. Howwever, this could be a very good time to test market a new product to a particular market segment and get their reactions to it. Then take it out to a bigger market in the fall, after Jupiter goes direct in early September. Mars trine Jupiter is in range now through August 5th and it peaks July 26th, which is next Sat. And hey, whatever you do, you’re still taking some fortunate actions and no matter how you slice that, it’s a good thing!

The next cycle I want to tell you about is Venus opposite Neptune. This cycle is in range July 25th – August 5th, peaks on July 31st. This cycle suggests that money is running away from us. We may not even know how or where it’s going. It’s just dissolving! This period is a big red flag to pay extra attention to how much money you have and where it’s going. Don’t let yourself get caught being fuzzy headed about how much money you actually have or you could find yourself overspending without knowing it. This could also be a tough period for the US dollar. Watch your investments too, since the stock market may be sliding down at this time.

This period is also often associated with deception in relationships, around money or both. So pay attention to your money and your relationships and make sure you’re not deceiving yourself in those areas.

I also want to give you a heads-up on the eclipses we’re having next month. Since the influence of an eclipse can start 30 days early, this means that we’re already in the energy of the August 1st Solar Eclipse. Plus since this past Wednesday, July 16th, we’ve been in the energy of the August 16th Lunar Eclipse.

The primary meaning for both of these eclipses is that they’re concerned with making a breakthrough, especially in a situation in which you can’t find a way to make something work for everyone. This can suddenly turn around by having an idea that will make it work, OR some obstacle is suddenly and unexpectedly removed. Your job is to notice the change and take advantage of it quickly.

Now this could also be a situation that only pertains to you. You may need a breakthrough in some area of your life. For example, you may suddenly understand why you continue to behave in some unconscious way that sabotages your goals. This is very common. But with this eclipse and the energies that come with it, you could easily have an emotional and/or physical breakthrough that would change that. So really this is a GOOD set of eclipses, especially if we use these energies appropriately.

This particular eclipse has Mars opposite Uranus, which is volatile and explosive energy. So if you misuse these energies, that explosion could be a breakdown instead of a breakthrough!

As I mentioned last week, in the chart for the USA, this explosive energy is in the money houses, and that suggests that the United States could have some unexpected financial surprises. Well do you think having to rescue Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae could be the unexpected financial surprise?

Wherever this eclipse occurs in your chart or the chart of your business, you could experience some unexpected challenges. However, I also want to mention that there is help available for these unexpected challenges, so don’t panic if something happens. Start looking for assistance, because it’s available. There might be some delays in making it all work, but it will all work out. Remember to stay focused on what you want, and NOT on what you don’t want.
