DOING TOO MUCH?

 

We’re now headed into the time period when we’re tempted to do too much (Mars opposite Jupiter). Don’t fall for this gig. We’ve all done this before and it doesn’t work. Instead stay focused on your major project. You CAN get it done! But ONLY if you say NO to everything else. This is really important, because if you continue to do too much, it will all fall apart and not happen. So get yourself focused on ONLY your top priority. Let the rest go. Use this time to take the most appropriate “fortunate actions”, actions that will help you get to your next level.  

 

This cycle will peak on April 24^th and it will be in range through May 9^th. So we’re dealing with this cycle for 5 weeks. You can’t survive that long without enough sleep, and it wouldn’t help anyway. Every time you feel tired from not enough sleep, you are pushing money away from you. So choose to get your rest and stay focused on your primary project. Let the rest go until later.

I’m heading out for a trip on April 9^th, so I will be gone for almost two weeks between April 9^th – 21^st.  It’s doubtful that I will have email access then, so if you contact me by email then, you will hear from me after I return on the 22^nd. When I do return, I’ll have a few thousand emails to plow through, so it could take a few days.

Sunday, April 13^th … Release Fear about Economic Shifts, Jitters and Upheavals!

 

Peg Donahue is facilitating a group Emotional Freedom & Healing^TM (EF&H) session to release FEAR related to economic shifts, jitters and upheavals on Sunday, April 13^th from 8:00 – 9:00pm EST./ 5:00 – 6:00 PM Pacific. You are invited to participate. This session will be via the telephone and it will also be recorded. The recording will be available via phone and computer.

 

For the most part, fear is an unbeneficial emotional that holds us back and drags us down. It stops us in our tracks and prevents what we truly desire from coming to us. In recent weeks there has been an acceleration of negative financial news about shifts in the US economic markets as Bear Stearns was sold at a rock bottom price, the dollar continues to weaken against foreign currency, the price of oil and gas remains high and food and everyday necessities are costing more. 

 

It’s easy to slide into fear when we are barraged with negative news every day. In order to come into full alignment with what we want and to maintain optimal health and well-being, we need to release fear (and all negative emotions) from our minds, bodies and energy fields.

 

The Emotional Freedom & Healing technique is a powerful yet gentle way to release unbeneficial thoughts, feelings and emotions that are deeply held. Using acupressure (gentle tapping) and positive affirmations, you bypass the intellect and access the body’s intelligence to release issues. To the extent that you release an issue, the effects are permanent. You can use this release to pivot away from any fear related to the economy or that we won’t have enough and align your energy so that you can move forward in a positive direction.
