ECONOMIC BAIL OUT OR DROWNING THE US DOLLAR? What a week! Even though I had mentioned unexpected financial surprises showing up for the Full Moon on Sept 15th in my last newsletter, the September teleconference, and on my Sept 5th radio show, I still was surprised by the severity of all the failures that surfaced this past week. The Fed and Treasury have managed to pull several rabbits out of their hat, but the real questions are, "How big is their hat?" and "How many more rabbits can they pull out of it?" Unfortunately, the damage has already been done and the economic bail out is only a matter of deciding who will hold the bag - the taxpayers or those who caused the damage? The Federal bail outs we're seeing represent the stabilizing, economic energies that I mentioned earlier (Jupiter trine Saturn). This energy peaks for the last time on November 21st, so we should see things stabilize through then. It stays in range through the end of December, so we may manage to get through the holidays with some stability. However, from November 26th on, when Pluto moves back into Capricorn, stability will be harder and harder to maintain. One of the bigger questions to follow in the coming week is what value will the Treasury pay to banks for all those nearly worthless mortgages? Will it pay full value, a value that cannot possibly be recovered now that housing prices have gone down? Will it pay the amount that banks have devalued the mortgages to on their books (perhaps 70% of the original value)? Or will it pay the amount that they can be sold for on the market today (25-50% of the original value)? When we get the answer to this question, we'll know how much taxpayers are going to pay for this by the devaluation of our dollar. The answer to this will determine whether this bail out will cost taxpayers $500 Billion or a $ 1Trillion. In either case, the US dollar doesn't have much time left. The smaller amount though may add more months to the life of the dollar. Beginning Nov 26th through January, the Federal Reserve is in even more of a crisis mode than they are now. Right now their chart (signed into being on Dec 23, 1913, 6:02 PM, Washington DC) is in "reprieve mode" until they hit this period. Between the end of November and the end of January, they will experience their hardest challenges. This is the chart that shows the US dollar being transformed to a new currency, as the existing one dies. It also shows major changes to the Fed itself (including a possible change in leadership) and it shows a major challenge to the Federal Reserve's reputation. Pluto, representing death, rebirth and transformation will be busily creating permanent changes in the Federal Reserve from the end of this November until mid-November 2009. The dollars you have are Federal Reserve notes (not from the US Treasury), and this "product" of the Fed is undergoing tremendous pressure to change (Pluto ruling the dollar or 5th house products of the Federal Reserve and Pluto overhead opposite their natal Pluto at 0 degrees Cancer). Worst case, the US dollar will crash in February (USA Venus opposed by Pluto overhead) or March of next year, when we start seeing hyper-inflation (Jupiter conjunct Neptune and Chiron). Best case, it will wait until September 2009 to crash. I think the latter is unlikely, given the other cycles we're in before then, but maybe we'll get lucky. Nevertheless, the dollar must change, because it's nearly worthless now and at the present rate of printing it, it will become worthless next year. As of Monday, September 15th (our Full Moon), we've entered "earthquake" territory with Saturn in Virgo (traditional structures in an earth sign) coming into range of an opposition to Uranus in Pisces (sudden changes in a water sign). These "earthquakes can be physical, political, or economic. Monday saw a "water earthquake" with Hurricane Ike and the sudden shakedown of the financial institutions. The first of five of these exact "earthquake" cycles occurs on election day, November 4th. The second one occurs February 5, 2009. The last one occurs in July 2010, suggesting that we have a series of "earthquakes" and major changes during these years. (I'll discuss this more on next Friday's - Sept 26th - radio show and in the Q4 newsletter.) These changes will involve the economy, our environment and of course, energy. If you want to better understand the linkages between these three, I highly recommend that you watch The Crash Course at http://www.chrismartenson.com/three_beliefs And lastly, I am passing on a tip from one of my alert readers: Lindsay Williams says that when the price of oil drops to $50 per barrel, the crash of the US dollar will occur within 3-4 weeks. Remember this timing tip, as it will alert you to how much time you have until the dollar crashes. Why would that happen? Perhaps they finally give up and tell us the truth that yes indeed there's enough oil in Prudhoe Bay to support the country for another 150+ years. When that happens though, it will mean that the gig with OPEC supporting the US dollar will be over and the dollar will crash shortly. chance to stock up on tangible items that you will need later or
pre-pay bills in advance. You can buy them before we have
hyper-inflation in the next four to five months. You also have a
chance to put your dollars into gold, which will continue to go up
as the dollar crashes. We'll get through this situation, just
like other countries have, but it will be easier to deal with if
you've prepared a bit in advance. Now is the time to take advantage
of this window of opportunity. ______________________________________________ RED COMMUNICATIONS STARTS WED SEPT 24TH Are you ready? Red Communications or Mercury retrograde period begins next Wednesday, September 24th and lasts through October 15th. This is the time to catch up, so plan to do less than you normally do. Wait for starting new projects until this is over. Otherwise your project will encounter lots of delays. If you have not already done a complete system back-up, I recommend you do this immediately, since there is a higher probability of computer failure during Mercury retrograde . If your car is making noises and you haven't yet gotten it fixed, do this right away before it breaks during the period. Remember that traffic is likely to be slower, delays are more frequent, and to allow extra time for getting places. Now is the time for extra patience.
